This malt is fully modified. It performs well in a single temperature infusion mash if less than 20% of total grist. Over 20% a slow lautering time may be experienced. This malt yeilds a very deep red color and a pronounced rye flavor.
All homebrew grains are sold by the pound. You also have the ability to add tenths of pound amounts.
