Crystal Hop Rhizomes at wholesale pricing

It's time to grow some hops! Hop rhizomes come from the roots of hop bines. They can be grown in most states. Here is a good video on BYO's site about growing hops.

Rhizomes cannot ship to HI, AK, WA, or ID. These states do not permit the shipment of live materials through standard shipping methods.

Alpha Acids: 3.0-5.0%. Similar to Hallertauer but spicier. Pleasant woody aroma with floral and fruit notes; ideal for aroma additions when Hallertaur-type aroma is desired. If crisp clean IPA's are your thing, check out Crystal hops

Substitutes: Any Hallertau variety, Mt hood, Liberty.

Commercial beers utilizing crystal hops include Sierra Nevada's Torpedo and Rogue's Brutal Bitter.

Hops are hardy in U.S. Department of Agriculture plant hardiness zones 3 through 8.
