Crystal 150L, also known as Dark Crystal will add a dark amber color to your brews when added in small amounts. You can expect dark fruit flavors such as raisins and plums with some rich caramel hints as well. Crystal or Caramel malts have a distinctive toffee flavor, which becomes more intense as color is increased, and at the higher end of the color range burnt or roasted malt flavors may begin to appear.
