Ball Lock Low Profile Keg (Used) - 5 gallon

This is a used ball lock 5 gallon keg. It was once a pin lock keg, but has been converted. Doing this creates a ball lock keg that is shorter and slightly wider.

Dimensions: 22.25" tall x 9.25" diameter (56.5 cm x 23.5 cm).

All kegs are pressure tested and work. Since they are used, the outside of a keg may have minor dings and scratches. Kegs include the o-rings and poppets that were installed when we received them. We often change an o-ring or poppet to get the tank to hold pressure.

The keg requires ball lock attachments for both gas and beer sides. It is a good idea to have a spare set of replacement o-rings always on hand, with some keg o-ring lubricant. Lubricating the o-rings will help to make them last longer, but eventually they will become brittle and have to be replaced.

Good Keg Maintenance
Between each use, kegs need to cleaned and sanitized. Taking off the posts and cleaning them can help insure great tasting beer.
