The forward sealing faucet retains beer inside the faucet, rather than completely draining the interior of the faucet like a standard rear-sealing faucet. This keeps the interior of your faucet lubricated, avoiding sticky messes and making clean up much easier, and lowers the risk of your beer picking up any off flavors. Unlike other forward sealing faucets which use a floating o-ring, the Intertap Forward Sealing Stainless Steel Faucet uses a sliding shuttle, ensuring the o-ring is seated in the perfect position every time.
